You need a winter jacket. Everybody in tropical, sunny Singapore needs one when they enter an air-conditioned place. No wonder there's a shop, forgot the name, in Singapore which specializes in selling winter wear. Is the shop name called "Winter Wear"?! Maybe the shop should open a branch in NUS too, to cater to the half-thawed, half-frozen bunch of students. =P
